The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the order dated 04.01.2016 passed by the learned Magistrate, as contained in Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit, whereby, differing with the police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein the case was held to be 'a mistake of fact', cognizance has been taken against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner Indra Kala Devi @ Idra Kala Devi is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13787 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
