3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.4836 of 2020(3) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 before the respondent no. 4 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter, considering the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2496 of 2021.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 4 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
