2. The petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below and file regular bail vide order dated 18.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 83425 of 2023 but due to mistake, in paragraph no. 3 of that application, the details of the counter case was mentioned instead of the present case.

3. From perusal of the order dated 18.01.2024, it appears that the reason for not allowing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner was not the merit of the case but was his criminal antecedent of similar nature and it was the reason that he was directed to surrender before the court below and his bail petition was disposed of.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and makes a prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order or by the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83425 of 2023.
