ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 It is submitted that by order dated 17.09.2015, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but in the last paragraph of the order, inadvertently, "Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013" has been typed instead of "Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2013".

Accordingly, the order dated 17.09.2015 is modified to the extent that the word "Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013" mentioned in the order be read as "Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 149" of 2013" and the time for surrender in the said order shall run from today.
