Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

This is the second attempt of the petitioners. They are main assailants.

Earlier, prayer was refused on 12.04.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.10349 of 2017.

The report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that the trial is at the primary stage of prosecution evidence. The petitioners are in custody since 04.01.2016. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioners as undertrial prisoners, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5834 of 2018 (4) dt.18-04-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.327 of 2016 arising out of Parsa Bazar Police Station Case No.214 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
