2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for limited prayer for grant of salary to the petitioner from the month of March 2023 to September, 2023. During the said period the petitioner has worked under the District Panchayat Raj Officer (DPRO), Samastipur, on contractual basis after his retirement from the post of District Audit Officer on 31.01.2022.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance has not been settled by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Samastipur, thereafter he has moved before this

Without entering into the merit or demerit of the case, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to move before respondent No.2, the Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, within 30 days from today along with all relevant documents by which he shall be in a position to convince the Secretary that he has worked during the said period. It is directed to the respondent No.2, the Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, that he shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
