2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48 of 2023, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 30 days from the date of the order.

3. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48 of 2023, is hereby extended by eight weeks from today.
