JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the weightage on the ground of academics and experience required in the process of selection of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery

Patna High Court CWJC No.6476 of 2015(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 (ANM), i.e., 39.83 marks was less than what the petitioners are entitled to.

Such submission has been made merely on the basis of the apprehension that due and adequate marks have not been awarded to the petitioners in the process of selection. The petitioners participated in the selection process pursuant to Advertisement No. 03030114 published in the year 2014. Without referring to the terms as to how award of marks is not in accordance with the terms of advertisement, writ petition has been filed alleging grant of lower marks. Due to inadequacy of pleading in the instant case it is not possible for this Court to examine the claim of the petitioners which has been made on the basis of an apprehension and not on the basis of any tangible rule or provision in support of her claim.

Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
