The modification application has been filed for extension of time for surrender of petitioner No.1, Chandan Kumar Singh, in the court below which was granted by order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43286 of 2015. The reason for not being able to surrender is stated in the application. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43286 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the time for surrender with respect to petitioner No.1, Chandan Kumar Singh, shall stand extended for a period of four weeks from today.
