The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner has two criminal antecedents and recovery of 45.750 litres of illicit liquor has been made from his house. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14146 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
