In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014 for offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made against the petitioner to have demanded the extortion money on mobile and threat was given that if the demand would be refused, the, be ready to receive bullet injury.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
