JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 The present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. of Darbhanga Mahila P.S.Case No.22 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 498A, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been contended that there is a delay of about 22 days in institution of the F.I.R. and the informant has filed the present prosecution with ulterior motive.
Be that as it may, since the F.I.R. discloses ingredients of a cognizable offence, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
