The following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner have been claimed in the writ petition - " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 to publish result of petitioner of 30th Bihar Judicial Service Competitive Examination in which examination petitioner had appeared in the interview. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus set aside the final result of 30th Bihar Judicial Service Competitive Examination with respect to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6076 of 2020 dt.02-09-2021 2/2 petitioner is concern by which candidature of petitioner has been cancelled and held petitioner's candidature as valid. (iii) To any other relief/reliefs to which petitioner may be found entitled for."

3. A prayer for adjournment is made on the ground of indisposition of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the BPSC states that the issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to those in other matters disposed of by this Bench today itself.

5. Having regard to the stand of the BPSC, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by adjourning the matter. In almost identical circumstances, other writ petitions i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 25241 of 2019, C.W.J.C. No. 25760 of 2019 and C.W.J.C. No. 345 of 2020 have been disposed of by us today.

6. The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed for the same reasons and in line with the judgments passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24282 of 2019 (Aarav Jain Vs. The Bihar Public Service Commission and Ors.) and C.W.J.C. No. 2172 of 2020 (Ratnakar Dubey and Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).
