2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/61(2) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased.
4. The petitioners are in custody since 22.9.2024.
5. The petitioner no. 01 was having an illicit relationship with the deceased and the petitioner no. 02 is alleged to have killed the deceased.
6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15457 of 2025(5) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 against the petitioner no. 02, this application is dismissed with regard to the petitioner no. 02.
7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 01, this application is allowed with regard to her.
8. Let the petitioner no. 1 (Rinku Devi), be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024.
9. Accordingly, this application is allowed with regard to the petitioner no. 01 and the same is dismissed with regard to the petitioner no. 02.
