The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner. The petitioner had neither taken away the boy for being employed on his tempo rather whatever negotiations were made, was between the driver of the tempo and son of the informant.
In view of the abovementioned facts and circumstances and there being no further material in the case diary, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12726 of 2016 (4) dt.20-06-2016 P2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 121/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
