Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.181 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner was carrying pregnancy, so she died. However, the case has been compromised whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that between two years of marriage the wife of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstance due to poisoning and there is allegation of making demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the demand she was killed.
Having considered the nature of offence and incriminating material against the petitioner, who is the husband, his prayer of bail is rejected.
