The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 406 and 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he collected money from the druggist as an agent of the drug company and did not deposit the same with the drug company. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that not a single druggist in the market has reported that petitioner has collected such money from the druggist in his name. Considering the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the above named
