Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Raja Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2017.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21572 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur Police Station Case No.187 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
