The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the informant.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. This Court vide order dated 03.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.29199 of 2021 rejected the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain the instant anticipatory bail application and the same is dismissed.
