1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to A.A.G.-12 for the State.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed an application seeking measurement of the land in dispute in the instant writ application which was measured and a report was submitted but the petitioners were not satisfied with the report as such, the said report was challenged before the D.C.L.R., Sasaram in Measurement Appeal Case No. 07 of 2023-24. It is submitted that the D.C.L.R., Sasaram, Rohtas set aside the report in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4574 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 Measurement Appeal Case No. 07 of 2023-24 by his order dated 25.01.2024 (Annexure-P/2) and remanded the matter back and appointed Anchal Amin, Chenari and Anchal Amin, Sasaram for getting the land measured again in accordance with law. The learned counsel submits that despite order of the D.C.L.R. dated 25.01.2024 in Measurement Appeal Case No. 07 of 2023-24, the land in dispute has not been measured.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Shivsagar to ensure compliance of the order dated 25.01.2024 in Measurement Appeal Case No. 07 of 2023-24.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Shivsagar to ensure that the order of the D.C.L.R. dated 25.01.2024 in Measurement Appeal Case No. 07 of 2023-24 is complied within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
