The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 08 litres of foreign liquor and one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody coupled with the
