The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of cyber fraud by the petitioner and other accused persons.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62421 of 2023, hence there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
