Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Dipak Kumar caught hold the hands and legs of the husband of the informant, when co-accused Ram Kumar Singh cut the neck with farsha, as a result the husband of the informant died on the spot.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the son of the brother-in-law of the victim and due to family dispute coming before, petitioner has been roped in the present case. Though the thrust of accusation is against Ram Kumar Singh.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15795 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. With this observation this application is disposed of.
