Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016. Only allegation against the petitioner is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered on disclosure of this petitioner.

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maner Police Station Case No. 427 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5988 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
