Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 324, 323, 436, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the First Information Report named accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assault the informant and his family members and set the house of the informant on fire.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners had lodged a case at the earlier point of time. The injury is found to be simple in nature. In the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15796 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 443 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
