Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
According to FIR, on the order of co-accusedRitesh Singh, co-accused Jitendra Singh fired causing injury near the eye of Binod Singh. Thereafter, Binod Singh fell down and then Rajendra Singh fired causing injury at the chest. Thereafter, this petitioner also fired. The Doctor has found two wounds of entry and one of exit. One of the wounds of entry and exit were communicating each other. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2018. Co-accused Lalan Singh has

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the fact that allegation against the petitioner is not corroborated by medical evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Itarhi Police Station Case No.240 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
