Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons, namely, Pintu Yadav and Bhola Yadav have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40392 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12532 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 of the case and that the petitioner had no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 1, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
