2. This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 18.09.2006 passed by the Respondent no. 3 / Anchal Adhikari, Jagdishpur in Dakhil Kharij Case No. 806 (10) / 200607.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal / representation before the L.R.D.C. under Section 7 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act.
