JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagalpur G.R. P.S. Case 79 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner has been arrested by the police while attempting to take away the Mobile phone from the passengers who were standing in queue of booking counter of Bhagalpur Railway Station.

It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that there is no any case registered by anybody that Mobiles Phone has been stolen. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S.
