JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner is 68 year old lady and a widow. She is the mother-in-law of the deceased girl who died two years after marriage. She apprehends her arrest in relation to Sikarhatta P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased has already been taken into custody. Petitioner being the old lady and that too a widow deserves sympathetic consideration.

Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Unmato Kuar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of
