In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.212 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41 (i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police has recovered 209.655 liters of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner, which was being kept by the petitioner for the purpose of illegal trading. Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
