Heard the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 370 and 374 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Human Trafficking Act, 2005; Section 14 of the Child Labour Act, 2015; and Section 70 of the Juvenile Justices Act, 2015.

The allegation against the petitioners is of child trafficking.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26034 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is named in the FIR whereas petitioner no.2 is not named in the FIR.

During course of investigation, it has come that the petitioners are involved in child trafficking. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
