The petitioners, five in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Shubhash Bhagat assaulted him with iron rod on his head and when he fell down, other co-accused persons indiscriminately assaulted him. It is submitted that the informant got only one injury on his head; that too, the injury is simple in nature. No other injury is found on the person of the informant. This case has falsely been lodged.

No.14264 of 2016 (4) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 815/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
