The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.357 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and there is land dispute between the parties, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
