Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 145 of 2017 arising out of Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge. It is also submitted that charge has already been framed.
