Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that this petitioner is earning at least Rs.12,000/- per month working as a driver at Delhi. By the impugned order, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga has directed him to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- per month only to the applicant-wife. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw this application and submits that the petitioner shall comply with the order of the learned court below.

This revision application is, thus, permitted to be

Let the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga execute the impugned judgment.

The petitioner shall abide by the undertaking and shall deposit the entire arrears as well as current maintenance in the learned court below. For payment of the arrears of maintenance, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga may fix some reasonable installments.
