Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga Police Station Case No. 335 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 25.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 317 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
