The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioners alongwith other named accused assaulted him by Lathi and Rod causing

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from bare perusal of Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application i.e., the injury report it would manifest that the injuries are simple and there was swelling on the elbow joint and right arm. It is further submitted that petitioners and the informant are neighbours and are having dispute with respect to passage on account of which the present occurrence is alleged to have taken place in which people from the side of the petitioners also were assaulted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
