This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24547 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24547 of 2020, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but the petitioners

Let the same be read as "resident of village-Jamalpur, PO-Suhai, PS- Sadar Thana Hajipur, District- Vaishali" in place of "resident of village- Bishnupur Basant @ Suhai, PS- Sadar Thana, District - Vaishali".

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.

This modification application is accordingly, allowed to the extent as indicated above.
