It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order of cancellation of his licence granted for PDS shop dated 13.1.2015, petitioner has assailed the same by filing an Appeal before the Collector, Patna within time but the same has not been decided by it though it is provision in the statute that the same would be decided within a period of 90 days.

Accordingly, I direct the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose of the aforesaid appeal, if the same has already not been disposed of within the period of two months from the date of receipt
