By Means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order as contained in Memo No. 1379, dated 14.03.2022, issued under the signature of the District Education Officer, Begusarai/ Respondent no. 5, whereby the petitioner's selection for appointment as Panchayat Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj, Jainedpur, District Begusarai has been cancelled.

3. Since the issue relates to Panchayat Teacher, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3764 of 2023(6) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in CWJC No. 10222 o2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
