02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 24 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 750 Ml and 48 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ML have been recovered from the vehicle parked in front of the house of the petitioner and 80 pouch of country-made liquor each containing 200 ML has been recovered from the house under construction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32522 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge, Excise, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 233 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
