Smt. Sucheta Yadav ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case No. 30 of 2018 registered under Sections 380, 411 and 457 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner along with one another accused entered into the house of the informant for committing theft and apprehended by the informant and villagers.

Submission is that allegation is that petitioner was caught along with stolen bags but seizure list does not indicate this fact and no other incriminating material has been recovered from his possession, moreover he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Kumar Gourav,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21751 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018.
