The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/353/307/279/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/36/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from a vehicle which is not of the petitioner. The villagers disclosed the name of the petitioner though the petitioner was not present at the time of recovery. He is in custody since 23.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
