2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur (Bhimnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/17 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the materials available on record, it appears that the victim girl had accompanied the petitioner out of her own free will to meet her boyfriend in Nepal.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17742 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge POCSO Act, Supaul in connection with Birpur (Bhimnagar O.P.)
