This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the trivial nature of the dispute and the simple nature of injury, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24389 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of A.C.J.M., Nalanda at Hilsa, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
