The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing of memo No.320 dated 15.02.2023 issued by Circle Officer, Jandaha District-Vaishali by which encroached land will be vacated by administrative level and dated has fixed on 24.02.2023.

ii. For issuance a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take legal action upon respondent authority specially respondent No.6. iii. For issuance a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to consider the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties submit that admittedly, the encroachment in question has already been removed, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
