1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 82(1), 85, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being mother-inlaw. It is next submitted that informant alleges that she was married to Arvind on 21.05.2025 and after 2-3 days of marriage, all the accused persons assaulted the informant for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, further the informant had gone

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that her son was earlier married to Anupam Kumari on 11.04.2023 and the same has been pleaded at Para-5 of the anticipatory bail application. It is next submitted that petitioner was completely unaware that her son had performed second marriage. It is next submitted that since the petitioner was not ready to accept the second marriage of her son, as such she came to be implicated in the instant case with general and omnibus allegation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.72/2025, subject to the conditions as
