The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 29.06.2017 in Muffasil( Aurangabad ) P.S. Case No.192/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act,2016, on accusation of recovery of huge quantity of Indian Make Foreign Liquor from a vehicle, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and on false accusation that from a red colour Magic vehicle huge quantity of liquor was recovered, he has been made accused. Besides this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having

Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner, namely, Rajeev Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
