After having gone through the order passed in appeal by the District Magistrate, we are of the view that the petitioner would be well advised to prefer a revision petition against the order so challenged in the present petition. Should such a revision petition be filed within a period of thirty days, the revisional authority shall take up the revision petition and shall, after giving reasonable opportunity
Patna High Court CWJC No.4153 of 2020 dt.04-07-2022 2/2 to the petitioner and eliciting his response, shall pass a final order within a further period of sixty days thereafter. The order passed by the revisional authority shall give reasons in support of the order.
With the aforesaid direction/observation this petition stands disposed off.
